Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our dynamic Call Center team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and adapt. A successful candidate will be technologically proficient and have a strong command of the English proficiency  B2+. Prior experience in sales and customer service is preferred but not required.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify soft sales opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to promote products or services that align with customer needs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and exceeding customer expectations using customer relationship management G-Suite and Salesforce
  • Embrace a culture of continuous learning, readily adapting to new products, services, and work processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and maintain current knowledge of company products and services.
  • Achieve and surpass established sales targets and performance goals.

What experience you need:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • B2+ English proficiency.

  • Soft sales aptitude and the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and experience with CRM and other relevant software. G-suite - Salesforce
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
